These Terms of Use apply to your use of B-alert (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the paid Service (Weekly CSV + Report PDF) requires registration and payment via the method we specify (e.g. Stripe). Subscription is monthly and may be cancelled at any time as stated on the website.
Fees are as displayed on the website (currently $99 USD per month for the Weekly CSV + Report plan). Payment is charged automatically each billing period. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
Data provided by the Service (including Weekly CSV and Report PDF) is for your internal use. Redistribution, resale, or use beyond internal business purposes may be restricted. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the data.
You may not: (1) violate laws or public order; (2) use the Service for illegal purposes; (3) infringe our or third parties’ intellectual property; (4) disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (5) use the Service or data in a way we consider inappropriate.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part for maintenance, force majeure, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such suspension or discontinuation.
The Service and data are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Service, except where prohibited by law.
We may change these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes where practicable.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
